1. Canned Tuna or Any other white fish - 4 cans
2. Onion - 1 big
3. Tomato - 2 medium
4. Cilantro - 1 bunch
5. Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
6. Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
7. Oil - 1/4 cup
8. Red Chilly Flakes - 1tsp (can be 1 tbsp for spicier flavors)
9. Salt - to taste.
Slice onions and fry them in oil until golden.
Reduce the heat and add ginger and garlic paste. Fry it until the raw smell is gone.
Cut tomatoes into cubes and add them.
Add red chilly flakes.
Add salt (if the can is not salted already. Please read the label on the tuna cans).
Cook it over medium-high heat until the tomatoes are mashed and release oil.
Add tuna cans to it.
Keep cooking over medium-high heat until the color of tuna changes.
Turn off the heat and garnish it with cilantro.
